When a household reports a change, the worker must act on the change.

 

If a household reports a change via voice-mail or e-mail on a weekend, a North Dakota Department of Human Services holiday, or after hours, the change is considered reported on the next working day.

 

If the household's 10 days to provide requested verification falls on a weekend or North Dakota Department of Human Services holiday, and the household provides the verification on the weekend or North Dakota Department of Human Services holiday, the change must be acted on the next working day to determine the effect on the benefit.
